RIDER USER AGREEMENT

This Rider User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Mars Jr LLC

Doing business as MyD.D. Rideshare

(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

and

The individual accessing or using the MyD.D. Rideshare platform as a rider (“Rider,” “you,” or “your”).

By creating an account or using the MyD.D. Rideshare platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Service

MyD.D. Rideshare is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers.

The Company:

Does not own vehicles
Does not employ drivers
Does not provide transportation services directly

Drivers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for transportation services.

2. Rider Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate account information
Maintain a valid payment method

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity conducted under your account
Ensuring your payment method is valid and authorized

Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately to:

4. Payments and Authorization

By requesting a ride, you authorize Mars Jr LLC to charge your selected payment method for:

Base fare
Distance and time charges
Applicable service fees
Cancellation or no-show fees

Fare estimates provided before a trip are estimates only and may vary based on actual trip conditions.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply if:

You cancel after a driver has accepted the trip
The driver arrives and you fail to appear

Refund requests must be submitted to:

mydd@myddrideshare.net

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Rider Conduct

Riders agree to:

Treat drivers respectfully
Comply with all applicable laws
Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior

Riders may not:

Damage vehicles
Use illegal substances
Harass or threaten drivers
Request transportation for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in permanent removal from the platform.

7. Safety Disclaimer

While the Company may implement safety measures, including driver screening where applicable, Mars Jr LLC does not guarantee:

The conduct of any driver
The safety of any trip
The suitability of any driver

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

If you experience an emergency, contact local authorities immediately.

8. Lost Items

Mars Jr LLC is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Drivers may be contacted through the app to attempt item recovery, but the Company does not guarantee retrieval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Jr LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Personal injury or property damage resulting from driver conduct
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ride giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mars Jr LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of this Agreement
Your misuse of the platform
Your unlawful conduct

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of South Carolina.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Mars Jr LLC.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of this Agreement
Fraudulent activity
Safety concerns
Non-payment

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
