Mars Jr, LLC / MyD.D. Rideshare

By accessing or using the MyD.D. Rideshare mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

MyD.D. Rideshare is a technology platform operated by Mars Jr, LLC that connects riders with independent third-party drivers. MyD.D. Rideshare does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.

Users must be at least 18 years old. Drivers must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including licensing, insurance, and background requirements.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. MyD.D. Rideshare does not store full payment details and is not responsible for processor errors, delays, or chargebacks.

Drivers using the platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Mars Jr, LLC. Drivers control their schedules, availability, and acceptance of rides.

MyD.D. Rideshare may offer a women-requesting-women ride preference to enhance rider comfort and safety. This feature is not guaranteed, subject to driver availability, and does not constitute discrimination. MyD.D. Rideshare does not verify gender identity beyond user-provided information.

While MyD.D. Rideshare provides safety-oriented features, all transportation involves inherent risk. Users acknowledge and assume all risks associated with rides arranged through the App.

Users may not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
   
• Harass, threaten, or endanger others
   
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
   

Mars Jr, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety or legal risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Jr, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

MyD.D. Rideshare, its software, branding, business model, and operational systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Mars Jr, LLC.
Use, replication, sublicensing, or operation in any U.S. state or international country requires a written licensing agreement approved by Mars Jr, LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
