Location data is collected only while the App is in use to enable ride matching, navigation, and safety features. Location data is not sold.

If users opt into the women-requesting-women preference, limited profile information is used solely to support this feature and is not shared externally.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with:

• Drivers and riders for trip completion
   
• Payment processors
   
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required
   

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the email below.

MyD.D. Rideshare does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years old.

User data may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers operate, in compliance with applicable laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If updated, the Effective Date will be revised accordingly.
